Executive Director

Isaac Robinson has been managing humanitarian programs amid complex emergencies across numerous countries and territories in Europe, Africa, and Asia for the last 24 years, including 9 years in Ukraine. He is well-known in the Ukrainian humanitarian community for his innovative initiatives in the areas of legal analysis, HLP and livelihoods advocacy, local self-government programming, and the digitalization of humanitarian services.

Isaac Robinson holds a BA (Honours, School of Jurisprudence) from the University of Oxford, and an LL.M. in Human Rights from Columbia University, New York. He is a barrister-at-law in the UK.

Daria Kravets

Daria Kravets

Marketing, Communications, and Project Development Specialist

Daria has over 7 years of experience in legal marketing, PR, and project development, with a focus on sustainability projects in Ukraine. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Kyiv National Economic University and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from the Ireland Digital Marketing Institute. Currently pursuing the UN Global Compact’s “Business & Human Rights Accelerator,” Daria has implemented projects and assignments for both international organizations and international non-governmental organizations such as UNHCR, DRC, NRC, Global Communities, and USAID/ENGAGE.

Yurii Sukhonos

Advisor on Financial and Business Solutions for Private and Public Entities

Yurii brings more than 4 years of experience at the National Bank of Ukraine with concentration in international trade in financial services.

Yurii’s academic achievements include an MBA from IESE Business School, complemented by dual master’s degrees in International Public Law and International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. This diverse educational background equips him with a comprehensive understanding of both business management principles and international legal and economic frameworks.

Oleksandr Demchuk

Oleksandr Demchuk

Legal expert

Oleksandr has amassed over a decade of legal expertise, specializing in Commercial Law with a particular focus on HLP and Banking. He also serves as a legal expert in Tax, Dispute Resolution (Litigation & Arbitration), and Human Rights. Oleksandr completed his Master of Laws at the Faculty of Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2010.

In recent roles, Oleksandr has provided advisory services to various organizations. He assisted the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) on its Ukrainian project “Digital Legal Aid Platform,” and provided guidance to the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) on a range of matters, including real estate, banking & finance, and commercial issues in Ukraine . Additionally, Oleksandr collaborated with USAID/ENGAGE on implementing an All-Ukrainian educational project, conducting 12 practical legal trainings (online & offline) for CSOs, SMEs, and Ukrainian citizens. Furthermore, he worked with the NGO “MetaLab” on the “CO-HATY” project (supported by USAID), focusing on collaboration with Ukrainian regional state bodies and providing recommendations on the structure of NGO projects to provide housing for IDPs.

 
 
 
 
 
Svitlana Teteria

Svitlana Teteria

Legal expert

Svitlana, with over 8 years of experience, specializes in Employment & Commercial Matters, Agriculture and Land Law, and Dispute Resolution. She holds a Specialist’s Degree in Law (with distinction) from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, earned in 2015.

She has advised the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) on various issues in Ukraine, including employment & commercial matters. She has also worked with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) on its “Digital Legal Aid Platform” project and collaborated with USAID/ENGAGE on an All-Ukrainian educational project, conducting legal trainings for CSOs, SMEs, and citizens. Svitlana has provided guidance to Global Communities and UNHCR on employment and other legal matters in Ukraine.

 
 

Danylo Nedvetskyi

Associate

Danylo holds an Advanced LL.M. in Public International Law (Peace, Justice and Development) from Leiden University (Netherlands), and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He has extensive experience in legal and advocacy roles with international organizations such as the Danish Refugee Council in both Ukraine and Moldova, Global Rights Compliance LLP in The Hague, and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

Khrystyna Kozak

Development, Human Rights, and Advocacy Specialist

Khrystyna has significant experience in the fields of development, human rights protection, and advocacy in Ukraine. She has worked closely with both local and central government bodies to support war-affected populations, particularly addressing the needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs). Her portfolio includes the implementation of development projects with a focus on housing programs for IDPs, the establishment and support of IDP councils, and advancing decentralization processes in conflict-affected regions.

She has served with international organizations such as UNHCR, the World Food Programme (WFP), and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), and gained legal sector experience at leading Ukrainian law firms Arzinger and Yurimex. Most recently, she has contributed to the work of the International Register of Damages for Ukraine.

Khrystyna holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame (USA), a Master of Law with honors in Human Rights from the Ukrainian Catholic University, and a Bachelor of Law with honors in Civil Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
